I have 2 boys 7 and 12 years old. I have total joint custody of them 50-50 time and no money actually changes hands. I am recently divorced. My ex wife left 2 years ago to have a baby with someone else and we split amicably. I had to buy her out of of our marital residence she recieved $70,000 and then lost the house to a short sale rather than forclosure. When we wre together we claimed bankruptcy in 2001. It is too soon for me to claim again and im in lots of trouble. Today i recieved a restraining notice on my bank account so i couldnt even pay my rent or buy food. I have borrowed so much money from my mom that she is going to have to go back to work. I am gainfully employed as a retail manager but 43,000 a year dosent make things easy. I know people make it on less but the childern and i are used to a certain life that is impossible to live now. WE dont have or do much of anything but eat and watch tv any more. I just am running out of ways to get out of this hole and dont know what else to do. please help.
